Living Human Treasures of the Cross-Border Region

A cross-border project led by the Vidin Fund „Chitalishta” (lead beneficiary) together with the Territorial Administrative Unit of Cetate Commune, Romania — for preserving and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of the Vidin–Dolj cross-border region.
